The Host Computer System Based On Delphi's Emissions Testing System Development

Circumstance protecting is an increasing important topic in people's topic. It is knew that automobile exhaust emission gas account for more and more portion in atmosphere pollution due to the fast rising of automobile using and possession. In order to control the fast rising gross of exhaust gases. Our nation and other countries of the world mended the relative regulation and law, automobile manufactures and science research academies tried their best to improve the efficiency of exhaust control facility in technical. During the process, emission gas test and control system played key role in enforcing the law and regulation and validating the techniques which used to reduce the vehicle exhaust emission.During this paper, taking the imported AVL Emission Test Equipments of Chang'an University exhaust gas emission test laboratory as the study object, the author selected distributes-control-system(DCS) as the control project. Based the AK protocol which is used as communication protocol among AVL emission test equipments, in order to develop an simple manipulative/creditable host control system, The author carried out study with serial port communication technical and analyzed the system based on object-oriented-program(OOP) theory .at last programmed the operation software according to system hardware as far as real time reliability and maintainability of system are considered with object-oriented-programming language Delphi.It is proved that the host computer system implemented remote control of CEBII, CVS, PTS and driver's aid and data transferring . it is also proved that the system worked reliability and steady and improved the efficiency of test ,reduced the artificial error ,which reach the anticipated aim.
