This article takes a kind of high-speed flight body such as the ballistic correction or terminal guidance ammunition as objects, studies the method of the precise light mechanical and electrical control components or the micro processing units and so on which are in experimental prototype can be recycled without damages under the limiting condition of the biggest recycling negative acceleration and the certain distance in the anti—high overload experiment.First on the foundation of the full analysis of each kind of cushion material, selects the new froth aluminum material as the recycling medium, uses ANSYS/LS—DYNA finite element analysis software to conduct analysis and research on the numerical simulation of the process of the high-speed flight body hitting froth aluminum cushion material dividing into three kinds of situation:1) simulates the process of the identical flight body hitting different recycling medium transforming froth aluminum material density, obtains the complete physical quantity in its collision process, produces the relations between the negative acceleration, the velocity and the distance of the flight body corresponding the different materials.2) transforming the flight body shape (flat head, gibbose head, tip head) simulates the process of the different flight bodies hitting identical density froth aluminum material. Produce the relations between the negative acceleration, the velocity , the distance and the flight body shapes3) simulates the process of the flight bodies which head shape are flat and gibbose separately hitting the recycling medium under the limiting condition of the identical most negative acceleration, separately obtains the curve of the negative acceleration , the velocity and the curve.The results indicate the flight bodies which head shape are flat and tip do not suit for the flight body carrier, the flight body which head shape is gibbose is the best among all flight body carriers for recovery without damage.
