This article takes a kind of high-speed flight body such as the ballistic correction orterminal guidance ammunition as objects,designing an effective recycling equipment bythe means of conceptual design to recycle flight body without darnages under the limitingcondition of the biggest negative acceleration and required distance.First, it introduces normal processes about conceptual design and ideals and methordsin every process.Second, aiming at the article, disassemble the functions of recycling equipment intofive sub-functions, such as holding up the flight body, leading track equipment, driveequipment, speed detector, and acceleration detector, and make detailed theories for the fivesub-functions. According to morphological matrix, get several projects,based on allotmentscore of every index, and compute the total evaluation score.Finally, aimed at the prime function of the recycling equipment, use numericalsimulation to simulate the recycling process that the high-speed flight body crashes withfoam aluminum, sanddust, sawdust, separately obtains the curves of displacement,velocityand acceleration, confirm the different projects with different recycling materials. Accordingto the biggest negative acceleration, ensue feasibility of recycling projects,and carry on theoverall structural design.From the research, foam aluminum, foam zinc,sawdust and sanddust are the bestrecycling mediums, in order to reclaim the hight-speed flight body in the shortestdisplacement without damage, to use one kind of recycling medium is infeasible, so mustuse a set of mttltisection recycling system, using this recycling system to recycle ballisticbody with the speed of 900 meters per minute, it can ensue the negative acceleration lessthan 3000g and the recycling distance less than 28 meters.
