The single class ejecting system of DGD—II1, which uses nitrogen as working energy, is studied in-depth in this paper. Mathematical model and dynamic simulation of ejecting process are carried through for three kinds of projects about piston reclaiming, which includes gas reclaiming, spring reclaiming and hydraulic pressure reclaiming.Aiming at three kinds of projects and applying the theory of gas dynamics , the single class ejecting device mathematical model of DGD—II1 is established. In addition, the mathematical models of ejecting-in-turn and simultaneous-ejecting system are established. And on the base of these models, the program of numerical simulation is written in VB language to calculate the ejecting process and the simulation results are analyzed for three reclaiming projects. Among three projects, the hydraulic pressure loop is designed and the dynamic simulation for piston reclaiming process is performed with MATLAB program. According to these researches, large numbers of calculations and series of schematics provide the important reference for the next research and practical design.
