Application Research On Gas Ejecting Pyrotechnic Actuated Cartridge

A kind of explosive actuated device, widely used in airman escaping out of aircraft is researched in this paper. After a great deal of researching experiments, this device can meets requires of the taskbar and has been delivered successively in terms of many lots to our troops. But during the experiment of dropping it from 2 meter height in 2004,a trouble that loop shaped bolt unlocked suddenly and the canopy didn't overturn the place of appointment emerged. Detailed analyses of reasons of the trouble have been shown and methods which can settle the trouble been proposed simultaneously. According to the conforming test, those methods can eliminate the possibility of the similar faults.
