Extend-range solid propellant rocket motor is an important part of the hybrid base-burner-rocket extending range shell. High speed rotation affects the performance of solid propellant rocket motor. The high speed rotation effect changes the rule of thrust-time curve and pressure-time curve remarkably. It is necessary to measure rocket motor dynamic parameter with advanced memory testing technique. It is useful for estimating the performance of extend-range solid rocket motor in high speed rotation.High speed rotation solid propellant rocket motor recording apparatus which we designed is going to resolve pressure testing of rocket motor in high speed rotation.First, according to the feature of high speed rotation testing, this paper list technical indicators of the recording apparatus and the key technology. Then, it analyzed why we must resolve the key technology and gave effective resolve approach & measure. Based on these technical indicators, it designed overall project and analyzed its feasibility.At last, the software and hardware system of recording apparatus are designed. They take advantage of the characteristics of MSP430F449 processor that has enriched resource (such as FLASH, 12 ADCs modules, USART modules, etc.). All the functions of the pressure signal collecting, transmitting and processing are included in the system. It has offered preparation for physical experimention.
