In the rocket-assisted technology,the projectile usually adopts the way of tail wing or highspeed rotation to fly steadily.For rotary rocket-assisted projectile,the solid propellant rocket motor is also in the state of rotation due to the high speed rotation of the projectile.The internal ballistic performance of the rocket is quite different from that of the non-rotating state.The pressure in the combustion chamber is an important parameter for studying the performance under the rotating effect.It is of great significance to measure pressure accurately.For the highspeed rotating environment,this paper designs a test system for the combustion chamber pressure measurement.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the high-speed rotating solid propellant rocket motor test bench,this paper determines the overall scheme of the whole test system.The pressure signal is collected and stored by the storage test method.And the test system is controlled by wireless command.This paper completed the software and hardware design of the test system and carried out experimental verification.The hardware part of the test system takes STM32 as the control core to design the acquisition circuit.The system’s low-power research is carried out and the power supply is managed effectively;For the wireless command transmission requirements,this paper designs the CC2530 RF circuit;According to the installation position of the test device on the test bench and the particularity of the working environment,this paper designs the mechanical structure and makes reasonable layout inside the device.And also,the things inside the device is protected from the damage of centrifugal force.Based on this hardware,this paper designs the software of the system with the Nor FLASH program done.The data communication protocol applicable to this system is customized for the garbled or lost code phenomenon that may occur during wireless transmission.The reliability of wireless communication is enhanced by the checksum and response mechanism.In order to make the collected data stored continuously in real time,the actual test verifies that the ping-pong caching mechanism can be applied to this storage system.Ping-pong caching algorithm is realized on software.On the Basis of CC2530,wireless broadcast communication program is designed.In the upper computer part,Labview development platform is used to complete the calibration program design of pressure sensor and the main control interface is also programmed.In order to verify the feasibility of the pressure storage test system,each module in this system is tested separately.At the same time,a static pressure test platform is established.The feasibility and reliability is verified by measuring different static pressures with different rotating speeds.
