High-speed motor is the result of development of electrodynamic technique, material science and computer technique. With the development of Chinese economy, high-speed motor gets big developments in China. But the development of large high speed and correlative timing and control system is in the primal period in China. It still exist big gap with motor manufacturing company of foreign countries. Under this condition, we research and make the large high speed YRK4000-2/1430 winder three-phase asynchronous motor by ourselves. This article discusses the design, manufacture and inspection of large high-speed YRK4000-2/1430 winder three-phase asynchronous motor.Firstly, this article expounds the design thought and principle of large high speed YRK4000-2/1430 4MW, 6KV winder three-phase asynchronous motor. It analyzes the choice of start-up mode, timing mode and brake mode of large high-speed winder three-phase asynchronous motor. And it gets the conclusion that the start-up mode adopts rotor bunch adjustable water resistance; the timing mode adopts frequency conversion power supply timing and the brake mode adopts drive brake.Secondly, this thesis summarizes the designing process and the corresponding designing analysis for large-capacity high-speed three-phase asynchronous winding motor YRK 4000-2/1430 4MW, 6KV. It studied the electromagnetism design, construction design and frequency conversion high speed principle, etc., adopted the comparably advanced emulation analyzing computer software-MATLAB and ANSOFT, imitating dynamically the torque, turn speed and current differences when no-loaded motor is started and in frequency conversion over speed (60Hz), and making the relevant curves, and adopted software ANSYS to analyze and calculate steady-state field when the loaded motor is in the rated current and voltage, making out the motor's magnetic density (H) distribution curve and magnetic figure.Finally, this thesis shares with all of you about some technical problems coming across during the trial manufacturing of large-capacity high-speed three-phase asynchronous winding motor YRK 4000-2/1430 4MW, 6KV and successful experience, compares the motor accepting test results with the theoretical calculations and emulation analysis, which lays a firm foundation for the future design of large-capacity high-speed three-phase asynchronous winding motor.
