Circulating fluidized bed boiler technology that has developed rapidly in recent ten years is a high-efficiency, low-pollution and clean technology. This technology has already gotten abroad business application in the power station boiler, industry boiler and offal treatment and using field in the world, and has developed to the large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler of scale of hundreds of thousands kilowatts. The research , development and using in this respect are in the ascendant in the country, and more than one hundred circulating fluidized bed boilers are already put into operation or in course of making. It can be predicted that decades in the future will be an important period that the circulating fluidized bed will be developed at full speed.Since our country popularize technology of fluidized bed (including FBC & CFBC) boiler burning the inferior coal in a more cost-effective manner, because caloric value of fire coal is only 800-3000Kcal/kg, the slag content is up to 50-80%, the amount of discharged slag is heavy, and the temperature is high, the heat loss of slag is up to 6-12%. How to treat and comprehensively utilize the slag and its heat is not only the need of improving boiler efficiency, but also the need of protecting environment and fully utilizing resources.For most circulating fluidized bed boilers, besides comprehensive utilization of their slag is used for landfill, paved the way directly at present, it is still applied to the construction material, such as making bricks, making cement to mix materials, concrete etc.. According to investigation, there is not precedent that the energy of slag is utilized in the thermodynamic system yet.Wind-water combined CFB slag cooler is applied in this thesis. Outdoor cold air is sent to the wind room of the slag cooler through the high-pressure air blower, then the cold wind gets through grid plate uniformly, gets in touch with hot slag on the grid plate, the cold air and hot slag exchange heat in the fluidized state, the cold air is heated, and the hot slag is cooled.
