Sheet mental parts have a great influence on the quality and costs of the aircraft since the Sheet mental parts take a large portion of the total airplane parts. Compared with the traditional methods requiring pressing at the first step to test the feasibility ,the new methods nowadays could obtain the rough shape and distortion ,also could predict the potential obstacles through geometric and mechanical simulations .Through the project of manufacturing the new airplane, this thesis have a deep research on the surface griddling plotting and geometric simulation methods, presents a new quadrangle arithmetic available for parameterized surface based on CATIA software environment. The arithmetic abstain the rectangular field through a crafty way which take fully utilize of the extruding function of the surface, the method have a strong adaptability for the complex boundary and high curvature .the software have its own interface to display the could draft which show the trend of the process.The author develop a new set of program using C++ language in the WINDOWS environment, Realize the feasibility estimation of the forming process, the detail function of the software includes :griddling plotting, surface deploying .forming simulation ,main distortion cloud draft creating .The thesis present several examples of the deploying which shows the software also has a great prospect in other areas like aerospace, automobile, shipping industry.
