With the development of power electronic technology and emergency of much non-linear load in power system, the power quality has been more and more deterioration. Aiming at the demand of power department and the practical applications. We put forward a kind of integrated supervisior which can measure and analyze power quality issues(admissible deviation of supply voltage, permissible deviation of frequency, harmonics in public supply network, voltage fluctuation and flicker,admissible three-phase voltage unbalance,temporary overvoltage and transient overvoltage).such system is composed of the measure device on substation terminal and software platform of the supervisory center.A high-speed and high-precision distributed data acquisition and processing system is designed based on digital signal processor in this paper. The synchronous data sampling of the supervising system is realized by multi-channel collection retaining and A/D transformation circuit. Applying a type of polarity conversion circuit to make two polar signal into one polar signal. According to the special characters of the electronic power system, the elgorithm implementation of digital signal processor is presented. This paper also describle the fast Fourie transformation(FFT) application in digital signal processor.The system can provide comprehensive and accurate recording data for all kinds of issues of power quality. Besides, applying different methonds to deal with different target of power quality, this carry out system every function. Now, this system have finished experiment in laboratory.
