Metro stray current cause serious electrochemical corrosion in the metal pipelines, communication cable epidermis and rebars in concrete main structure buried underground nearby metro. So preventing and treating stray current is an important research project for many scientists. We add a compensation electrical source that is the amount is equal to the current in appointed area, but the direction is opposite. In the appointed area, the metros stray current will be disappear or mitigate.We design a stray current composition device, it is portable, and not demands external power supply. In addition, it equips a display module. In this way we may monitor compensation voltage at any moment. This device not only compensates metro stray current but also compensates the stray current of petroleum pipelines or gas pipelines.This article discusses the entire design,the simulation set of 1ab metros stray current and the measure set of metros stray current,It introduces the basic theory of switching supply power and topology selection, and explorers the process of design and realization of switching power in laboratory is also introduced in detail. As for the main part of switching power, in particular, more detail in the transformer design, PWM controller selection, and A/D conversion and display module. At last, I analyze the testing result.Through testing this system and analyzing the data, experiments proved that this switching power compensation device can compensate stray current in effect. And this system's linearity and stability are very good. So it can satisfy the need of research work.
