Precision ball-screw is the key function part of NC machine. Studying the means and the apparatus' composing in high precise dynamic measure of screw-pitch error have important academic meaning and practical applied value.First, the paper introduces the developmental actuality of ball-screw and the common dynamic measuring methods of its precision. And the paper explains the principle of phasic compare with high frequency subdividing pulse used in the dynamic measuring apparatus.Second, designing a special phasic difference measuring circuit, achieves the automatic measure of the phasic difference. The circuit has high real time, so it also has very high measuring precision.And in order to verify the precision of the apparatus, we designed a generator producing two independent pulses to simulate the round and the long raster. The experimentation indicates the device has very high precision, which can reach 0. 1 micron in the abstract.Third, the paper consummates the measuring data processing software, and adds the function of error diagnosing of the apparatus. The operator can consult the hint to get rid of the trouble.And we also make a set of known data to simulate the screw-pitch error, to validate the precision of the measuring software system.In the end, the paper analyzes and summarizes main factors of affecting the accuracy of the apparatus, and calculates the precision of the apparatus. The result meets the request. It can measure cumulating error of screw-pitch in 3 meters, and has high applying worthiness.
