The load simulator of actuator is used to simulate the load on the surface of actuator when it is flying in the sky,and test its performance in the lab.There are two styles of loading device in the world:mechanism load simulator and electro-hydraulic.The disadvantage of mechanism is that it cannot simulate continuous change of load and is trouble for using.The eletro-hydraulic loading system is bulky,complex in structure and expensive in cost.Maintenance is difficult.Moreover ,it also has a problem of extraneous force moment.So it is very impendent to develop a new style of loading device.Recently,with the development in performance of servo-electromotor and power electronics,it becomes possible to use electromotor as the main loading component.The electric loading system,which replaces hydraulic-motor with servo-electromotor,has many advantages,such as small bulk,sample structure,lowe coat and convenient maintenance and using.So it is very important and significant to study in electric loading system and then acquire some applied theory and experiment resultsTaking the power load simulator of "the Semi-physical Simulation System "Item as research object, and based on engineering background, The paper focus attention upon modeling, control, and simulation of the simulator's servo system. The integrated design project of the load simulator is designed according to the specific requirement in a load simulator in the paper.This dissertation makes deeply theoretical analysis on the loading system and establishes the mathematic model of the loading system.Strong position disturbance force is a chief problem facing aerodynamic loading system,and it is also an important target to evaluate the quality of the loading system.So how to design a proper control strategy to reduce position disturbance force is a key factor. This paper elaborates the cause of the position disturbance force,analyzes the factors which influences the position disturbance force,and the position disturbance has been diminished ultimately by adopting Structure Invariability principle as feedforward compensation to the disturbance.related simulation shows that the control strategy was feasible.The thesis designs the association regulator with PID, and adopts PID algorithm to control the loading simulator is simulated by software .The thesis shows some factors which affect the performance of loading simulator and analyzes the effects of structure parameters to the output of the loading system by simulation.At the end of this paper,compared the test result and simulating result .The Simulating results show that the system's model is correct.
