| In the operation of the aircraft control system,the control cable plays a very important role,and its performance is closely related to the safety and reliability of the aircraft.The control cable load simulator is mainly used to simulate a variety of torque loads on the control cable during the actual flight of the aircraft.According to the test results,the key indexes of the control cable are evaluated to determine whether they meet the initial design requirements.Based on a specific project,this paper takes the design and realization of the control cable load simulator system as the goal,carries on the system modeling and simulation analysis,and expounds the hardware design and software design of the control cable load simulator.Firstly,according to the working principle of the electric load simulator,the influencing factors of the loading accuracy of the steering cable load simulator system are analyzed.The causes and characteristics of the excess torque are studied,and the methods to suppress the excess torque are discussed.Secondly,according to the technical requirements of the project,the mathematical model of the control cable load simulator system is established.The phase plane variable PID control is used to calibrate the loading system of the steering cable load simulator,and the interference of excess torque is solved by the improved feedforward compensation method,which improves the performance of the loading control system.The control cable load simulator system is designed and implemented from two aspects of hardware and software,and the test software is designed by using Lab Windows/CVI platform.Finally,the problems encountered in the debugging process are comprehensively analyzed.The correctness of the design of the control cable load simulator system is verified through the test,which can meet the requirements of the control cable test.It has a good reference significance for the design of the control cable load simulator. |
