The asynchronous motor direct torque control (DTC) strategy, which came into the world in 1985, is the latest high-performance control strategy in AC transmission domain so far. As a novel control strategy, DTC differs from the vector control strategy and the V/F control strategy because of controlling directly and fleetly the torque and flux-linkage for high dynamic performance without calling for complex control algorithms, and is of clear control idea and feasible control algorithms, and slams off the rotor parameter fugitive with the fluctuation of temperature that is an uncertain factor tampering with the control quality of high performance. The DTC strategy includes hexagon flux-linkage track and rotundity flux-linkage track, generally speaking, and the former applies for large-scale AC transmission and the latter for small-scale AC transmission, however, both put into practice in virtue of space voltage pulse width modulation (SVPWM).The asynchronous motor direct torque control (DTC) strategy prevails in AC transmission domain after birth and causes the tremendous research tide that produces many productions and engineering applications. However, how to reduce the pulsatile torque of motor and the influence of stator parameter with temperature changing on control performance, improve low-frequence running performance for augmenting frequence regulation range, and enhance the running efficiency of VVVF system have been the research hotspot, specially in latest years, applying DSP, modern control theory and intelligent control technique in DTC against its flaws has become a kind of means and a trend. It predicts that the control quality of DTC strategy will be sure to be perfect with the further improvement of micro-computer speed and the plenary application of intelligent control technique.This paper adopts the "3 in 1 "modern: applying MATLAB/simulink simulation technology, fuzzy control technique and TMS320LF240 DSP to study and realize the DTC strategy theory based on rotundity flux-linkage track. To begin with, this paper builds up the DTC simulation system with look-up table being based upon different observers to analyze its performance, then constructs speed fuzzy controller against the above flaws to improve the dynamic performance of motor, in the end compiles the DTC program based on TMS320LF240 DSP and downloads on Qinghua University development system, but fails to put it into operation because of the hardware faults of the development system.The content of this paper is only the smallest part of AC transmission domain, and no more than establish a base for continuing with recognizing and studying AC transmission. The sticking point in AC transmission domain will be noticed together by experts and scholars, and it is no doubt that they will be sure to come expectations into true after unremitting endeavor.
