Under the background of the research project of building integrated system platform from the DongFangHong satellite company based on RT-LAB+QNX, Based on the function and request of the XX-1 satellite, this paper theoretically studies the design of the attitude determination and control system for the three-axis stabilized satellites. the detailed designing project of the attitude control system is presented, and we also research some technique, including exterior disturb moment technique, sensor model technique, execute parts model technique, magnetism control model technique, dynamics model technique.And based on the technical specialty and the development process, presents a small satellite attitude determination and control simulation system on MATLAB/Simulink and real-time simulation platform-RT-LAB, which form a simulation platform integrated with hardware and software.After simulating and analyzing the model of attitude control system built on MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation results show that the attitudes hold a direction, the estimated attitudes and attitude rates tally the results from the kinematic model, and the precision of attitude determination and stability are relatively satisfied. Based on the working mode of the RT-LAB platform, download the model to aim computer. So it realize the model running on the platform.Finally, Basing on the whole work, The paper summarize the integrated system for design, analysis, system simulation and evaluation of small satellite. At last, it summarize the work of the paper and prospect the future.
