The Full Cost Of The Project Management Theory And Empirical Research

In normal market conditions, the low-cost competition is an important means of competition to construction enterprise; and to manage the project cost effectivly can obtain a profit guarantee to construction enterprises, which directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. It has made many useful exploration in both theoretical and practice about how to strengthen project cost management and improve efficiency of the construction enterprises. In the past, we can not make the costs of management functions satisfactorily achieved due to the lack of project cost tracking and management of an effective and comprehensive management tools.After analysising the project costs management model based on the use of project management theory, control theory and institutional economics theory and learning from the experience of corporate governance in the United States , the thesis intrduces the concept of the overall project cost management system; it also builds a comprehensive costs management system from the overall project cost management functions, elements, process and the integration of information technology , and makes people understand the principle of operation of the system ; use the costs of the scheme, costs control, costs accounting and costs analysis of this comprehensive costs management process as the main line to analysis the process of the overall project cost management system dynamicly;after comparing through domestic and international project costs management information, raise issues to be addressed in the cost information management of our country,and apply systems analysis and design principles to design the project costs management dynamic system ; at last, Take T project as a case to do the empirical study of a complete project management costs, especially, detailed analysised the project costs and system costs .Analysis the dynamic control process from the eight aspects of the project cost ,as the construction design, labor costs, materials, machinery and equipment costs, time costs, quality costs, security costs, the cost of capital; describe how the institutional cost effective management and control from the arrangement, and control measures, the system obstacles to the negative effect on the cost of the project.The thesis provides a more comprehensive, systems theory and analysis methods to the existing problems in the present stage of our construction projects cost control ,and provids ideas to resovl the field of construction costs out of control effectively. Grasping the ideas of fullly cost management has an important guiding significance for handling with many practical issues in construction field.
