Cost Refined Management Of Construction Project Based On BIM Technology

In the process of project construction,the traditional cost management is in the state of extensive management,the information means are backward,and the waste of labor,material and money is serious.BIM technology is applied to cost management of construction projects.The characteristics of BIM technology such as parameterization,visualization,coordination and simulation are utilized to solve the problems of inaccurate data,isolated information,delayed response and single management dimension in cost management.In view of the current situation of extensive management of cost in the construction industry,this paper proposes the application of BIM technology to reengineer the cost management process,solves the problem of lack of cost refinement management process and method based on BIM technology,and improves the application research of BIM technology in cost management.Through the research of BIM technology,cost management and other related literatures,this paper sorts out the current situation of BIM technology in the research and practice of cost fine management of construction projects,summarizes and proposes a cost fine management system based on BIM technology.In this system,BIM5 D technology is applied to the management process of construction projects,which transforms the traditional extensive cost management into a refined component-level project management,completes the reengineering of the cost management process,and makes the cost management of construction projects more lean and forward-looking.In the research process of cost management system based on BIM technology,through the research of modeling software and calculation software,the modeling rules of different calculation methods based on BIM technology are put forward,and the extraction methods of model quantities are explored.On the basis of establishing a component-level cost database based on BIM technology,the problem of quantity-price docking in cost planning is solved,and the compilation of cost planning is realized.Through the application of BIM5 D technology,the cost dynamic monitoring,comparative analysis,predictive analysis and control measures based on BIM technology are studied,and the goal of cost fine management is finally realized.Finally,through the actual project cases,the cost refinement management system of construction projects based on BIM technology is verified,and experts are invited to verify the effect of the system in actual project application through interviews,and provide assistance for the improvement and perfection of the system.
