In recent years, the breakage of our country concrete road is increasingly serious. Thus the society effect and the economy lose becomes very huge. So the maintenance of pavement condition and the repair of slightly break is more and more valued by the engineering field, the great significance of studing thin layer rapid repair material for concrete pavement also brings into relief. This paper systematically studies the compatibility of gelatinization material, preparation technology of thin layer rapid repair concrete or mortar, workability, mechanical properties, capacity stability and durability. The main contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:1. Studies the compatibility of gelatinization materialof thin rapid repair material in depth. The results indicates: the time of setting and workability can satisfy construction require of job location, flexural strength and the compression strength will satisfy with the requirement of opening to traffic at 2hours, flexural strength of 1d research to 100% of designing strength, and later period strength will increase steadily, if P.O, SAC and UFA go together with suitable comparison. The micro-analysis shows : the early hydration drgree of due compatibility gelatinization is high, and the construction is compact.2. Based on the optimized mixture proportion, this paper systematically studies the factors affecting the mechanical properties of w/B, rate of sand, and different gelatinization compatibility .the results indicates: after casting, HSSFAC with due W/B, rate of sand and gelatinization compatibility has good workability ( slump 200mm)and can satisfy the requirement of opening to traffic at 4hours. Flexural strength of 1d reaches 100% of designing strength. And the workability is good , it satisfy the especial requirement of thin layer repairing.3. On the studing of bond strength of new-old concrete, the author analyzes the effect of roughness to bond strength. Checks the bond characterized of new-old concrete by detecting flexural strength and compression strength. The results shows : the increasing of roughness improves the increasing of bond for new-old concrete, and bond strength enhances with the increasing of age.4. The studing on dry strinkage of HSSFAC,TRRM indicates: the dry strinkage is larger than ordinary concrete or mortar. But with the increasing of age, it tends to same class.5. The studing on crack resistance of HSSFAC,TRRM shows :the crack resistance degree of HSSFAC,TRRM are all I degree,so they have good crack resistance.6. The studing on Young's modulus of HSSFAC,TRRM shows : the Young's modulus of HSSFAC balances ordinary concrete; HSSFAC,TRRM's is higer than ordinary mortar's , just because it's gelatinization sand rate is smaller. So the crack resistance of mortar is better.7. HSSFAC,TRRM all have good resistance to chloride permeability.
