The article describes the station shunting operation, train operation and the operation when the railway is being constructed or under the abnormal condition when the CTC system has been used. And then the article sums up the railway transport characteristics under the CTC. From the three aspects: technical equipment, scheduling command and operational organizations the article analyzed the actuality of the originations of the Guangshen Railway. And then the article reconstructed the dispatch pattern and the train operation and shunting operation pattern. In the dispatching center, daily and shift traffic plans is automatically introduced to the system and train diagram with lines of train reception and departure is generated. Based on the plan of the train operation adjustment, the self-machine of the station automatically touches off the train and shunting route to control the route automatically. The train dispatcher remotely controls the route and the signal equipment of stations in the train dispatching section, regulates the train operations such as the arrival and leave, passing, overtaking, through operation and optimizes transport operations organizations. At last the article proposes the optimization scheme of transport capacity of Guangshen Railway, train operation adjustment and the shunting operation in the station under CTC.
