With the continuous economic and social development and the rapid development of national's construction .It calls for higher requirements on construction machinery. Blender is the main construction equipment. And 2HLS360 Concrete Blender is currently the largest one. The large power silo is the main equipment of power material storage, which has large volume capacity, high altitude, heavy-load. So its security and stability is too important. If its security and stability is not enough, it will hide safety problems. Therefore, the study of structural optimization of the large power silo has great significance. The major research of the thesis is followed:1) Inspection of documentation on the optimization design, limited analysis and the technical status and trends of large power silo.2) Analysis of large pieces of structural steel's characteristics and load, and have research on limited analysis modeling and mechanics analytical methods for the large pieces of structural steel.3) Based on Ansys software, we make intensity and stability analysis of large power silo, which divides into wind load, ignoring wind load and so on, and found the current structure design problems and deficiencies.4) Expatiation on the methodology and theory of optimization design, on the basis of mechanics limited analysis and stability analysis for the large power silo , and make an improvement for the outlet of the structure, have improved the safety coefficient, which contribute to safely producing.
