In this paper,the mixing tank of the mobile concrete mixing plant was deeply studied,and the design of the mixing system was completed.The basic structure of the mixing tank was obtained through the basic design.The design and processing were thoroughly elaborated.The problem of blade breakage caused by the installation angle and the inclination angle of the tank,which in turn affects the phenomenon of agitation and discharge performance.A new fitting theory is proposed through practice,which solves the drawbacks,improves the unloading performance,and applies it to practical production.It also verifies its rationality and scientificity through multi-physics simulation.It is a mobile concrete mixing tank.Provided valuable advice on engineering applications.Chapter 1: the research status of the mixing system and the summary and discussion of the development statusThis chapter mainly introduces the development background and research status of the mixing tank,and gives the content arrangement of this paper.Chapter 2: System Design and Scheme Design of the Components of the Mixing SystemIn the design of the agitation hydraulic system,the engine-to-mixing transmission mode is adopted,and the power transmission from the engine to the agitating tank is completed.The pump and the motor of the hydraulic transmission device respectively adopt the closed hydraulic system formed by the variable pump and the quantitative motor to realize the speed and the steering.The control further realizes the forward rotation stirring,the forward rotation transportation and the reverse discharging function of the stirring tank.In the simple design of the mixing tank support system,the simple analysis of the beam is carried out by the software Solidworks-simulation to ensure its reliability.Chapter 3: Design of Concrete Mixing TanksIn the tank design of the stirred tank,the geometrical operation is used to theoretically design,and the center of gravity calculation is carried out to ensure its stability.The conical logarithmic spiral curve is adopted in the spiral vane design of the agitating tank,because it has a good streamline shape,which ensures the stirring and discharging performance of the stirring tank.Chapter 4: Design and Connection Design of Spiral Blades for Concrete Mixing TanksThe front cone blade,the middle blade and the rear cone blade of the mixing tank have different functions.The front cone and the middle cone are mainly used to stir the concrete,and when the material is discharged,the concrete at the bottom of the tank is pushed out.In order to prevent the segregation phenomenon when the concrete is discharged,the rear cone blade is mainly responsible for the discharge guiding.Therefore,the spiral curve mode and the index standard of each segment of the spiral blade are determined according to the function of each segment of the blade,and the shape of the blade is appropriately selected.The main function of the selected segment is emphasized,and the spiral satisfying the characteristics of the selected segment is selected.Curve mode and spiral angle.Chapter 5: Performance Simulation and Experimental Verification of Spiral Stirring TankThis chapter is based on 17-starccm+ for multi-physics coupling simulation of stirred tanks.The purpose is to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the internal concrete movement state of the mixing tank during operation,the service life of the mixing tank,and the functions of each section of the blade through visual means.Cone logarithmic concrete mixing tank design(this method can be extended to any concrete mixing industry mixing tank design analysis process)provides a strong reference.
