Railway Roadbed Major Repair Design is an important content ofRailway Maintenance Terms. In this process, referring to all kinds ofnumerous and complicated data such as input, output and middle outcome,the drawing workload is very huge, and engineering amount stating andcalculating is nonerous, so completely manual working is inefficientand low successful. However, adopting CAD(Computer Aided Design)can make use of computer's many merits such as quick speed, precise andhigh successful, thus it can evidently develop the design's quality,efficiency and automation level. This thesis has system and deeply doneresearch on realization theory and method of the Railway Roadbed MajorRepair CAD System, and achieved some productions. In the end, thisthesis has plied the productions to the realization of the software system.The main research contents and achievements are summarized as follows:1. In this process of the system's design and realization, fullyapplying principle of the modem Software Engineering Science andapplying the OOM(Object Oriented Method)to the method of thesystem's analysis and design, the system has carefully designed theClasses and built the whole frame of the system based on demandsanalysis and function definition of the system.2. In managing the System's data, the system firstly has carriedthrough the all engineering data of the Railway Roadbed Major Repair tosort scientificly following the request of the System. Then closelysurround three lays of the UI(User Interface)Lay,standard Database CallLay and bottom Database Lay, the system has realized efficiently themanagement of the system data through rationally organizing the UI ofdata input and output, managing the system data in forms of AccessDatabase and adopting flexible and highly efficient ADO(ActiveX DataObject) technology to manipulate database. In the base above all, theSystem pre-remain data interface of other forms.3. On the platform of the Windows XP, the system has adoptedVisual C++ 6.0 and ARX (AutoCAD Runtime eXtension) technology tosecondary development to the CAD and has realized to draw and layout of the drawings. Deeply researching ARX technology,and putting upresearching on structure and operation technique of the CAD Database,the system has endly carried out drawing the system graphics in elementsof the ENTITY,LAYER,DIM and HATCH etc.4. Basely following the principles of man-machine separation andman-machine alternation, the system has realized all kinds of interfaceforms such as MDI(Multiply Document Interface),Dialog Box andControl,Menu and Toolbar and Bitmap, thus this system has offeredconvenience to the data taking and reality of the system's functions.5. In the environment of the Visual C++ 6.0, adopting ActiveXAutomation Client technology to manipulate Excel form and put out theengineering amount form, as a result the system has enormouslyimproved output speed and efficiency of the design forms.6. In the end, the system has taked an engineering example toapprove stability,veracity and highly efficient, in the same time it hasapproved validity of the theories,methods and technologies above all.
