The thesis studies the outdoor miniature structure design for a high powertravelling-wave transmitter on the background of developing a land electromagneticenvironment simulating system. The land electromagnetic environment simulating system is a vehicularelectronic war simulating device developed for moderu air force, and the high powertravelling-wave transmitter is the main subsystem of that system featured with ultrawide band, high voltage, and high power consumption. According to these featuresand the specifications of technology and tactics, the global outdoor miniature structuredesign is given first, and then, the structure design for each module is performedconsidering electromagnetic compatibility, high voltage isolation, high densitymounting, heat dissipation, and outdoor protection. The emphasis is placed on dealingwith the problems introduced by outdoor miniature structure. All the structure designsand stress analysis in this thesis are performed with AutoCAD or Pro/E, and the heatdissipation design is performed with FLUENT. This project was fulfilled one year ago,and the system operates normally, which means the rationality and reliability of thedesign has been proven. |
