With the continuous deepening of research on high-power microwave systems,it has gradually stepped out of the military field and developed into other fields such as high-energy physics research and controlled nuclear fusion.Therefore,the necessary charging power requirements for high-power microwave systems are not just output performance.In terms of efficiency,volume,reliability and electromagnetic compatibility,etc.are also included.Because the high-power microwave system charging power supply works in harsh electromagnetic environment with strong interference,it has high requirements for electromagnetic compatibility.Poor electromagnetic compatibility performance will directly affect the normal operation of the entire system,and it needs to be designed accordingly.In this thesis,the electromagnetic interference of the charging power supply of the high-power microwave system is studied,and the corresponding electromagnetic compatibility design is carried out on this basis.Firstly,this thesis expounds the basic concept of high-power microwave charging power supply and the research status of its electromagnetic compatibility at home and abroad,explains the research purpose and significance of this thesis,and gives the structure frame of this thesis.Secondly,this thesis expounds the working process and control method of the charging power supply,and analyzes in detail the performance changes of passive components such as capacitors and inductors at high frequencies.Analyzed and briefly introduced the commonly used interference suppression methods.Next,this thesis takes the actual high-power microwave system charging power supply as an example.On the basis of the above theoretical analysis,from the perspective of cutting off the coupling path,a two-stage filter design composed of EMI filter and radio frequency filter is adopted;shielded cable,shielded box And the shielding design composed of the shielding cavity;optimizing the PCB layout and wiring;optoelectronic signal isolation and other methods to carry out the relevant electromagnetic compatibility design.Then,from the perspective of improving the EMS of sensitive equipment,on the basis of the above measures,the corresponding software and hardware protection design is carried out for the input port surge,control drive module and heat dissipation module to further improve the electromagnetic immunity of the power supply..The final relevant electromagnetic compatibility test results prove the validity and rationality of the design.In the end,this thesis makes a theoretical analysis of the fault problem caused by the switching overcurrent of the charging power supply under the condition of repeated frequency.Part of the switch of the control power supply itself is turned on after the end of the charging cycle to release the residual voltage to stabilize the resonant circuit,thereby eliminating the solution of the switch overcurrent problem,and the effectiveness and applicability of the scheme are verified by simulation and experiments.
