Square cabin is a special carriage that can be used in certain special situation, such asthe medical treatment, rushing to deal with an engineering emergency and war field. Sothat the square cabin must be able to guard against wind, rain, moth, temperature impact,electromagnetism interference, corrupt and sun radiation. But the most important is that itmust be strong enough to ensure the people and the equipment in the cabin work well. Alsoit must strong enough to resist a certain magnitude of explosive blast wave.At the beginning of this paper, the development of the square cabin technology in homeand abroad is mentioned. Also the compound board's peculiarity, capability and craft ofmolding are studied about, which buildup the cabin. Especially, the structure of thecompound board square cabin, and its performance requests, design, manufacture craft areinvestigated.For the particular structure of square cabin, it costs a lot to do experiment at thebeginning of its designing. And it is difficult to do the dynamic response experiment of theblast wave loaded on it. In this study, FEA software is used to do this. After studyingdifferent kinds of FEA modeling methods of the square cabin in present, the method that isusing the mean of beam equivalent, using shell and solid cells to simulate the cabinstructure is used in this study. And the static and blast wave response dynamic analysis ofthe structure of the square cabin were carried out in order to check the intensity of itsstiffness strength and its transient response. In addition, optimization of the button boardstructure of the cabin in topology method was done, and its optimized results can be usedin the next step of the betterment design of the cabin.The model and the data mention in this paper can provide some reference for othercabins or other systems like the cabin, which can be significant to the theory and someworthiness application. |
