Portable missile has the characteristics of shooting distance irrelevant with penetrationpower and emission initial speed, also has the advantages of light weight, portable. So theportable missile is widely used in modern anti-tank warfare.But at present our country portable missile is without guidance function, Flight trajectoryof antitank projectile is susceptible to the interference of external factors and the accuracy isnot high. In order to improve the accuracy, warhead front-end seeker with the function ofguidance was considered to install in the front of the portable missile, because portablemissile with small diameter, the seeker cannot make passageway for jet, its internal circuitboard is bound to have influence to the performance of jet formation and penetration power.In addition the liner angle, coaxial deviation, initiation factors as well as seeker, continuousand linear of jet linear are inevitable decline, so that the penetration performance wasweakened and the penetration depth decreases.This paper is based on a certain type of antitank projectile, researching shaped chargewarhead penetration armored targets, carried out the analysis of the factors affectingperformance of jet and the penetration power of shaped charge warhead. The main researchcontents are as follows:Based on the analysis of domestic and international relevant shaped charge theory,according to the liner cone angle and coaxial deviation with theoretical analysis for jetformation. Analysis the results, liner thickness difference will make the jet to produce radialdisplacement, reduce the jet stability, disturbance to the jet formation and its performance.From a single shaped charge warhead model, simplified seeker structure, by usingnumerical simulation, to discuss the liner of cone angle, coaxial deviation, ignition modeeffects on jet formation and its performance. On this basis, the penetration depth as areference object, integrated into the above three factors, analyzed the simulation result of no seeker and a seeker to shaped charge warhead penetrating with steel target plate45#.The simulation results showed, the cone angle, coaxial deviation, initiation forming andthe seeker has great influence on the stability of jet liner; adding seeker warhead penetrationdepth decreases, penetration depth range bigger beating. Simulation results and theoreticalanalysis results are consistent, can provide reference for the reasonable processing warheadwith various factors in the process, and can provide the data for the heat engineeringdevelopment.
