The integration of the transmission, drive, and control is significative for the PMSM, whether in military or in industry, so the design of the drive of integrated PMSM is useful.On the base of the mathematic model of the PMSM, the reasons of the torque pulsation are analyzed. Then the validity of Iterative Learning Control (ILC) in torque ripple minimization is expatiated. A whole simulation model is developed using SIMPOWER, and the effective of ILC in torque suppressing is proved.The scheme for hardware and software of integrated PMSM are demonstrated in the thesis. Then on the base of principle and simulation analysis, particularly presents the designing and realizing method on the whole drive. In order to realize the circuit in an easy way and increase switching frequency, the Intelligent Power Model (IPM) PS21865 is used. the self-push circuit also save three separate sources. Past speed, high reliability and ease of development are the advantages of DSP(TMS320F2812) with make the core circuit. The use of the resolver makes feedback channel more precision and anti-jamming. The whole software are modularized in Initialize module, Position calculate module, Speed calculate module, Circuit sampling module, SPWM arithmetic, and the vector arithmetic using the C Programme language. Finally parts of the experiments are introduce.
