This article is intended to solve the problem of cartridge falling of the certain internal source rotated barrel naval gun system. Base on its working principle and feeding process, we design the simulated feeding system by making use of the technique of physical simulation and substance emulation. We adopt the method of qualitative analysis and experiment validated to find the main cause of cartridge falling as follow: when the cartridge enters the inner trajectory from the first and second chamber, its orbit is complex and the stressing situation is bad. Some cartridge link especially that the force of the front claw is lower can not hold the cartridge tight when it was acted under the pulling and extending tension. On this basis, by establishing the mechanical model that can modify the process of cartridge divorcing from the belt, and also by analyzing the quantity and estimating the force, we get a method to improve the force of cartridge link. We succeed in resolve that problem by controlling the force of cartridge link in a certain range to get the best compliance of cartridge, naval gun and the link. The article can make reference to the other same type products.
