Water Cooled Generator, Water Flow Is Uneven Vibration Characteristics

Concerning the existing fault diagnosis system of steam turbine generator set can not easily distinguish the uneven distribution of cooling water by its vibration characteristics for water cooled turbo-generator. The finite element calculation program of temperature field & stress field and the unbalance response program are applied in this thesis for analyzing the vibration characteristics of cooling water under uneven distribution condition. Through contrast calculating and large amount related documentation studying, combined with the experiment results, a set of distinguishing rules is drawn, which can be directly applied in fault diagnosis of spot sets.This paper also gets a lot of useful conclusion for calculation & analysis of procedures from rotor-mould setting-up,temperature field,stress field to unbalance response.
