The idea of applying propulsor that imitates fish-tail to watercraft is advanced and the study of ship model pushed with imitating fish-tail is developed on the base of comprehensive analysis for the recent research of imitating fish-tail and pushing manner of shipping and submersibles in existence.Firstly, the history of promotion mode of the fish, which was applied in shipping and submersibles, is reviewed. And the character of promotion mode of the fish, the essential character and application prospect of propulsor that imitates fish-tail are simply introduced.Secondly, several blue prints, two of which were put into practices in fish model, are brought forward. The crank rocker applied to imitating fish-tail is designed by computer, and then kinematic emulation by MATLAB/Simulink is carried out. Aimed at the dead center and asymmetry in the action of crank rocker, a new kinematic mechanism which could act to-and-fro is presented. Though the impulsion still exist when the direction turns, the dead center has disappeared, symmetrical swing of fish-tail in equal velocity is achieved in continuous work flow. At the same time, the impulsion when the direction turns could be sharply reduced if the moment of inertia was lessoned by designing or cushion was added. And also the effect of economization and noise reduction was reached.Thirdly, the causes of celerity and resistance of ship were simply recommend in this paper, and the calculation of water resistance which includes the approximately calculation of the resistance of friction, pressure difference and wave making was presented particularly. What's more, the resistance of friction about the ship model having been designed and made according to the above process.In the fifth chapter of the thesis, the influencing factor to propulsive force that imitates fish-tail. And the corresponding formula of propulsor was detrude from flexible and rigid model of imitates fish-tail using the dimensional analysis and the analogous theory. This method becomes the theory basis for the further study of converting test data to model design, and point out the thought of ship-model test.At last, two kinds of plan and principle for experimental equipment in measuring drive propulsion of swing fish-tail propulsor and frog-like propulsor respectively.In the sixth chapter of the thesis, the major job content, and also the further study for the fish-tail-like boat model were summed up. In the appendix II, the Hyper-geometry-ball solution to feeble ill- solving linear system of equations, which was found during the study of optimizing the transmission chain in fish-tail propulsor, was recommended. |
