With the rapid development of modern high-speed railway and city mass-transit, more and more switches will be settled on bridge or viaduct, also some continuous welded switch. It colligates technical point and difficult of jointless track and continuous welded switch, and experts haven't done systemic research in and abroad. Continuous welded switch pave on bridge will be confronted with many correlation issues. We should take into account of the interaction between rail and bridge, and also complex relation of the rail distortion and force in continuous welded switch. For the sake of acquiring a mass of examination data before designing, validate and consummate continuous welded switch on bridge theory, the model examination is good for this.According compare as brief technique and economy, we confirm the model proportion in this paper. Use analogous theory, analogous proportion relation and detruded analogous criterion, choose and confirm the rail, ballast, bridge abutment measure, foundation hold-down device, ballast, sleeper mostly effect in the fact, redesign and manufacture these. Simultaneity afresh the ballast grain diameter and ballast grading. Through correlation examination make each parameter content the proportion. For bridge model, design a few different of type, through mechanical analysis, and mechanical model to achieve the distortion for bridge in load weight and temperature rise. As a result of the theory calculate and compare for bridge prototype, choose the model bridge, and constitute the experiment project.Over across the study of experiment method and the design for the model experiment on continuous welded switch on bridge, we can afford gist for found calculate theory and guidance design of continuous welded switch on bridge.
