| Most of the boilers generate electricity by burning pulverized coal in the power stations. The adjustment of the primary wind and the auxiliary wind is an important key during boiler burning process. The stand or fall of combustion process decides the efficiency & reliability of boilers' operation directly. But the primary wind and auxiliary wind systems lack for supervisory system to monitor and control in the most of domestic power stations. It is very difficult for the operations personnel to exactly know the wind condition is reasonable or not. It has vital significance to research the wind situation and its adjustment.Aim at the characteristic of the boiler operations, this paper designs a wind experiment system. And also develop a supervisory system, which could collect and display the data of the wind speed, its temperature and the gas flow field situation inside furnace. By means of testing, the system can carry on real time monitor for the wind situation.The existing auxiliary wind adjustment has a nonideal quick opening characteristic and intense vortex. This paper offered a new design of the controlling valve. This controlling valve can change the area of valve's nozzle to adjust the flux passing through the valve. It also can reduce the friction drag when air passes through the controlling valve of the auxiliary wind system. When air passes through the controlling valve, it can flow stably. This paper presented a new design of automatic control system by microprocessor. |
