Stepper motor is a principle role will be using electromagnetic signals into mechanical movement of the motor, it is the combination of fluid control devices pose a number of electro-hydraulic control system.Chapter 1: Based on the hybrid stepping motor characteristics, the sine wave drive stepper motor and position feedback combined with each other to put forward stepper motor vector control algorithm for the design of the digital valve drive. Experiments show that the method can effectively improve the system frequency response and resolution.
