This paper carries on the feasibility exploration of the electromagnetic gun. The planof the rail type electromagnetic gun is analyzed, built model, calculated and simulated. Theimmanent relation of the rail type electromagnetic gun is opened out. And the notionaloutline of the rail electromagnetic gun is sketched out. It does agroping try for theelectromagnetic gun.Firstly, the paper reviews the present situation and course of development ofelectromagnetic launching in aspects of domestic and abroad, compares and analyzes threetypical types of electromagnetic launchers——oil, rail and reconnection. Secondly, theresearch plan of the rail type electromagnetic gun is studied out and its computation modelis established. Thirdly, the armature and capacitor's structural type is studied and chosen.At the same time, their active status equation is inferred. Fourthly, the magnetic betweenrails is calculated by using the finite element software. And the magnetic and force on therails and armature is obtained. Fifthly, using dynamic simulation software——Simulink toestablish the simulation model. Using the result of simulation to analyze the reasonablelength of the rail and the parameters of the capacitor. The main factors of influencing theshooting velocity, as current size, pill's quality, length of the rail, resistance and inductanceand so on are analyzed. Lastly, on the basis of foregoing result, the testing equipment ofthe research plan is established and some problems of the testing equipment are analyzedfor the latter research. |
