The automatic train control system is one of the most important parts of the train.The test process is complicated and the test time is long.The traditional test method requires manual switching of the ATC simulator switch,which has low test efficiency and poor traceability.The thesis based on "Development of universal automatic test equipment for rail transit ATC equipment",is aimed at the design of universal test interface module for built-in ATC equipment,intelligent diagnosis technology for assembly,debugging of rail transit ATC equipment module,"fixed + mobile" control terminal automatic test software system and other key technologies,This thesies developed and built universal automatic test equipment for rail transit ATC equipment,which is of great academic value and practical significance for improving the automation,compatibility,and convenience of rail transit ATC equipment testing,and promoting the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry.The research work was funded by the 2019 scientific research project of CRRC Guangdong Co.,Ltd.The thesis studies the universal automatic test equipment of rail transit ATC equipment,from the three aspects of rail transit ATC equipment test technology,multi-test item universal integration technology,and intelligent diagnosis and analysis technology for assembly debugging faults,summarizes the research progress at home and abroad,and determines the research content.The main work of the thesis includes:⑴ Analyze the system framework of the universal automatic test device for rail transit ATC equipment.Analyze the three key technologies including universal integration technology of test equipment,Module assembly debugging fault intelligent diagnosis technology,"fixed +mobile" control terminal automatic test technology,determine the main research content and breakthrough points.⑵ Design the universal test interface hardware and test software for programmable ATC equipment.Analyze and realize the software and hardware functions required by the test equipment to achieve programmable and generalization.According to the test requirements and module design framework,design the general test interface hardware and test software for programmable ATC equipment to realize the generalization,programming and automation of the test equipment.,And then improve the test efficiency and intelligence level of the test equipment.⑶ Research the ATC equipment assembly debugging self-learning fault diagnosis method based on association rules.Analyze the common faults and causes of rail transit ATC equipment modules,establish a rail transit ATC equipment assembly and debugging fault model,design a method for mining test traceability information association rules based on the FP-Growth algorithm,and mine the fault diagnosis association rules hidden in the traceability information to achieve self-learning fault diagnosis of association rules.⑷ Design the "fixed + mobile" control terminal automatic test software system.Analyze the software testing requirements,build the ATC equipment automatic test software platform design framework,determine the "fixed + mobile" control terminal automatic test software system framework,and conduct fixed-end test software reliability verification,traceability information recording,diagnostic integration,and process document analysis.Design and development of key modules,and design the mobile control terminal based on Bluetooth 5.0 to control the test equipment wirelessly,realize the portability and automation of the test equipment,and improve the test efficiency.⑸ Carry out experimental research and result analysis of universal test equipment.Design and carry out functional verification experiments based on actual assembly and debugging test scenarios to verify the test efficiency of the test equipment,the effect of fault diagnosis and the self-learning effect of association rules,and analyze the experimental results.Experiments show that the universal automatic test equipment for rail transit ATC equipment can effectively reduce 47.77% test time and 33.33% manpower expenditure.
