Car Dvd Control Board Vfd Display Defect Detection Technology

The detection system was researched for Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) on PCBof cars' DVD panel. During the production process, VFD may has some defects, such aspictorial code, breaking codes, defects, flaws in letters' strokes, the defect detection has animportant value in industrial production.This dissertation focus on how to achieve high-speed, efficient, high-precisiondetection tasks of VFD flaws. By analyzed VFD image automatic acquisition system andVFD defect image detection system, identified overall program of VFD defect automaticdetection system, and gave a specific design. This thesis aimed at the characteristics ofVFD image, used gray-scale transformation, filtering, thresholding segmentation gray andimage binarization methods to preprocess VFD image, and achieved good results.In this dissertation, with virtual instrument technology and automatic optical detectiontechnology, composed a hardware platform of VFD display AOI detection system by usingNI PCI-1428 image acquisition card, CCD image sensor and camera and PC. Then byusing software combination of LabVIEW and IMAQ-VISION, developed imageautomatically mosaic modules, image defects detection module, workstations controlmodule and database subsystems.Experimental testing showed that the system has a high rate of accuracy, the resultwas more satisfied with, achieved the expected initial detection function and testing effectbasically.
