| With the development of global economy ,the volume of demand for the energy sources increase steadily day by day throughout the entire world , and the supply and demand contradictory is more and more prominent.Our country is bounteous , the oil resource was extraordinary rich in the old , but with the rapid development of national economy , our country energy situation has become more and more sternly . At present, there have a quite widespread extend in the petroleum exploration and the development, so,there is entering the sea area day by day . The laws of sea extraction stipulated that:In the oilgas exploitation process , the oil well which has the abilities in flush or overflow all must install the subsurface safety valve . After oilgas well install subsurface safety valve system , once there are fire or suffer other bigness disasters on the oilgas platform , the oilgas well can shut-off by itself, therefore avoids more serious personnel loss, blow out sea and pollution and malignant accident occurrence . But our country subsurface safety valve mostly depend on the import , the existing technology also keep in the initial research stage . This article is base on which carrying on the extensive investigation and study analysis of the domestic and foreign subsurface safety valve correlation technical data . Aim at the problems of the domestic subsurface safety valve structure which is too complex , existing certain security hidden danger and remediation troublesome question , make the structure improvement for the subsurface safety valve. This paper mainly develops several aspect research works as follows:Firstly ,collects the technical data about the domestic and foreign subsurface safety valve system correlation research results , understand present situation of the subsurface safety valve system , analyse the deficiency in the subsurface safety valve system and bring forward the present paper research plan ;Secondly , carries on the compare analysis between the domestic and foreign subsurface safety valve structure , and designs the subsurface safety valve structure in this foundation;Thirdly , uses modern machine design analysis software Pro/E ,Ansys to establish the three dimensional full-scale model about the subsurface safety valve and complete the structure assembly , the interfere examination . Also , there are finite element analysis and structure optimization for main parts of subsurface safety valve ;Fourthly , exerts the basic theory integration about the computer control technology ,automatic control principle , examination , fluid drive and control , to finish the subsurface safety valve well head control system the plan design.In a word, through the present paper research work, carries on the improvement to the domestic existing subsurface safety valve structure , omits the complex locking machine , change the transformation way which connect the fluid control line and the tube inner safety valve and increased its reliability , build the foundation for the further scientifically studies of the subsurface safety valve system. |
