Aviation Film Auto-Developing System is based on the standard required byInformation Engineering Institute of Navy Equipment Academy. It's a relatedproduction of AK-108ΦAviation Camera which was imported from Russia. It couldbe used to develop the black and white film and also could be dealt with the film withthe width less than 90mm.This paper describes the whole developing system from the mechanical andautomation parts. In mechanical part, the functional and design of the main sevencomponents are well listed and the automation system is presented like the PIDalgorithm, PWM signals and the experiment data.The use of Brush DC motor could cause the maintenance problem and some EMIproblems. And the circuit is very complex, occupying more space with numerouschips which could interfere with each other. So the author provides a new controlsystem based on the Infineon XC866 and BLDC with hall sensors, which is moreaccuracy and efficient, the rotator positions could be detected and sent back to XC866to output the next position information and insure the biggest torque to roll. AndPWM signals could be used to control the speed of rolling as required. Meanwhile thenew developing tools, DAvE of Infineon Technologies, makes the whole softwaredeveloping process faster and more efficient and the whole system output could besimulated in Keil to protect the hardware circuit. And some other suggestions havebeen made, which will be helpful for the future development of this system.
