The condition monitoring of rotating machinery can reduce the cost of devices maintenance, keep the security of manufacture and increase the use of devices. Data acquisition system is an important implement in the condition monitoring of rotating machinery, and used in the various trades widely. According to the characteristic of vibration monitoring of turbo-generator unit, this paper develop a data acquisition system based on the analysis of research situation both at home and abroad.This paper illustrates the embedded system achieving plan of data acquisition system, using the micro controller AT91RM9200 based on ARM9 as core, structure embedded system; designs the hardware circuit of the system, contains micro controller part,memory device part,vibration signal conditioning part,A/D conversion part,key phase signal processing part,Ethernet interface part and electric power part; according to the design of PCB board, manufacture the circuit board, and finishing the welding of components and debugging of hardware; engaging the design and debugging of software, in accordance with function demand of the system; doing the test of the system property in the laboratory environment, after hardware and software of the system operate normally.The paper also discuss the application of wavelet analysis in the vibration signal de-noising process, introduces the various methods of vibration signal processing and wavelet analysis theory, using the signal de-noising algorithm based on wavelet decomposing, and achieve the de-noising process to vibration signal in MATLAB.
