In recent years, the fast process of development of Western China make many fulgurite area such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Enshi, build super highway. the process of constructing infrastructure in some mountain areas, there are more stone but less sand, and natural sand is very lack, so manufactured sand replacing natural sand prepared concrete is inevitable. Used manufactured sand make low strength concrete is quite mature, but used it make important Construction, such as T rigid, Box rigid is worried. Many questions are still puzzled, for example: used manufactured sand make T rigid concrete can or not same as natural sand concrete and can or not bring bad influence. This paper main studied the mix ratio of C50 T rigid concrete with manufactured sand, made the C50 T rigid concrete according to the practice construction. It is discussed that effect of the water cement ratio, the sand ratio and mineral admixtures on compressive strength and fluidity of concrete and Quality Control of construction of concrete. Rely on the actual project, the load of C50 T rigid concrete with manufactured sand is studied. Monitor the deflection and strain of l/4section, span centre, 3/4section. The shear damage test of the end of the beam and generation and development of fissure also are monitored. Comparison to the C50 T rigid concrete with natural sand, the work state of C50 T rigid concrete with manufactured sand is comprehend. The above experimental results show that typical C50 T rigid concrete with manufactured sand need water cement ratio is about 0.37, the sand ratio of Huasheng manufactured sand is 33%~35%, and Hejiaping manufactured sand is 37%~39%. The shear damage test of the end of the beam, of C50 T rigid concrete with manufactured sand are accorded with design criterion. The mechanical property between manufactured and natural sand T rigid concrete are almost conformity, and the deflection and strain of T rigid concrete with manufactured sand are lower than natural sand's. T rigid concrete with manufactured sand has better non-deformability.
