Based on the Preparation and Performance test of manufactured sand concrete,the text confirmed the basic Parameter of manufactured sand concrete.,Studied water cement ratio, sand ratio, ratio of sand and manufactured sand to the workability, compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile splitting strength, impact toughness, abrasion performance and frost resistance. The main research and conclusions are as following:① Workability of fresh manufactured sand concreteThe slump, cohesiveness, water retention of four types of fresh manufactured sand concrete were test Results show that the the increase of manufactured sand percentage can increase the workability of fresh manufactured sand concrete. Within a certain range of sand rate increase can improve the workability of fresh manufactured sand concrete. Cohesiveness in the water cement ratio of 0.42 is the worst, in 0.44 and 0.46 are generally.② Mechanical performance of manufactured sand concrete.(1) The manufactured sand concrete compressive strength, flexural strength, tensile splitting strength with water cement ratio increases.(2) The manufactured sand concrete compressive and flexural strength with the sand rate increased with the increased first and then decreased, but not obvious. The manufactured sand concrete splitting tensile strength increases with the rate of sand.(3) With the increase in the proportion of manufactured sand and sand, the manufactured sand concrete compressive strength rises gradually, the manufactured sand concrete flexural strength and splitting tensile strength increased with a small amount as the manufactured sand ratio increases.(4) Effect of water cement ratio is the main factors of the mechanical performance of manufactured sand concrete.③ Durability of manufactured sand concrete(1) Three technologies on the durability of recycled aggregate concrete are appraised by the indexes of impact toughness, wear resistance, resistance to sulfate attack and frost resistance. The four technologies are named water cement ratio, sand ratio, ratio of sand and manufactured sand.(2) Water cement ratio influences a lot on the impact toughness of manufactured sand concrete. As the water cement ratio increases the impact resistance performance of concrete with manufactured sand concrete decreased gradually. While the sand ratio, sand ratio of manufactured sand and natural sand on manufactured sand concrete impact performance is not obvious.(3) The water cement ratio to the manufactured sand concrete is the biggest impact. As the water cement ratio increases, the manufactured sand concrete frost resistance decreased gradually. While the sand ratio, sand ratio of manufactured sand and natural sand on manufactured sand concrete frost resistance is not obvious.(4) As the water cement ratio increases, the manufactured sand concrete wear resistance decreases with a larger decline. With the sand rate increased the manufactured sand concrete wear resistance decreases. The bigger ratio of the manufactured sand is in the mixed, the better wear resistance of the manufactured sand concrete is.④ The application of manufactured sand on engineeringThrough the application of manufactured sand on the Napo bridge. Studied the limestone concrete with manufactured sand on the beam body appearance properties and the strength development of limestone concrete with manufactured sand production of beam body, he thesis is just acting as the opening for more to come which acts as reference for similar research and practice in near future.
