This paper will expound surveys and developing trend of condition monitoring and fault diagnoses technology for the rotating machinery',and introduce applying actualities,problem of condition monitoring and fault diagnoses technology in PanGang group corporation and developing plan in the next years.So explain the origin and purpose of the item.In the domain of rotating machinery diagnostics,the rotating machinery faults are often appeared,such as:rotor unbalance,misalignment,impact and attrition,oil film oscillation etc. there are vibration parameters(peak,frequency,phase,vibration wave shape and differential expansion etc.)and technique parameters(rotate speed,temperature and pressure etc.).In the signal analyses,there are time-domain analyses and frequency-domain analyses.The paper expound these analyses method.Combine machine diagnostic experience of our term,the analyses emphasis(namely nodus of the software resolving)is fault finding of the gear pair.The paper analyzes the noduses of the gear diagnostics,and the methods that resolving the problems at home and abroad.According practical principle,the software comprised time-domain wave parameter analyzing,power spectrum analyzing,refining spectrum technology,amplitude modulation analyzing and cepstral analysis etc.through the term analyzing.These technology's theory, technical line and realization are expounded in this paper.The paper explained technical line of the system.In software designing,the item adopted object oriented method based UML,switching analyzing model to designing model.It also expounded UI designing,groupware model designing,system action model designing,database designing and realization of data collection.The paper illuminated interface of this software,and introduced the functions of system management,equipment management,data collection,data analysis and report output etc.After accomplishing the software,the term tested it.The paper introduced the hardware of the software testing system,and explained problems occurring in the test and solving methods.It also analyzed default test data from vibration testing platform.The tests in the lab and locale indicated that the software can be used for machine condition monitoring and diagnostics of the rotating machinery.Compare with traditional spectrum analysis and power spectrum analysis,the envelope analysis,refining spectrum analysis and dimensionless analysis have unique advantage for diagnostics of bearing and gear.At the same time,the software has some problems,such as hardware and network etc.These problems will be resolved in the next step.
