The water-permeable concrete is a kind of environmental protection concrete,has the characteristics of pervious,permeability,the return to original state the ground water,protecting the water resources, absorbing the sound,reducing noise,enhancing the security and comfortable performance of vehicles travelling and the passer-by walking, alleviating the effect of heat island,the environmental pollution and the municipal administration facility loaded overweight.The water-permeable concrete can be used for sidewalks,car parks,parks and the filter of the layer drainage systems,and so on,but the lower intensity impacts the scope of its application.This topic against the main factors(such as the types and gradation of thick aggregate,gel gelation gelling materials,W/C ratio, G/C ratio,enhanced materials,formation craft)of affecting the strength and permeability of the Water-permeable material were studied,identifies the appropriate Mix to prepare C30 Water-permeable concrete,at the same time,the basic properties of the C30(the anticipated performance:28d compression strength is 30.0MPa,bending strength is 3.50 MPa,permeability coefficient is 1.0mm/s)Water-permeable concrete are tested,the paper carries on researching initially which by using Neural network model,the properties of Water-permeable concrete can be predicted,and a suitable method of mix design of the Water-permeable concrete.
