Research On Performance And Application Of Slope Protection Board Of Permeable Concrete

The meaning of the pervious concrete ofslope protection has combined the advantages of vegetation with traditionalslope protection. On one hand, pervious concrete of slope protectionboard is stability, and can buffer the effect of rainfall to the slope. On theother hand, water permeability of slope protection board can leak raindropsthrough the ground surface well-proportioned, which can avoid rainswashed out slope body that produce runoff. It has very good ecological andeconomic benefits.This paper is starting with the description of concrete materials andphysical characteristics, and the research status and application aboutpervious concrete at home and broad. Further to elaborate the researchbackground and significance of the hydraulic permeability of slope board,and study the physical properties and frost resistance of it. At last, apply ofthe hydraulic permeability of slope board and slope stability has also beendeliberate.1.Within the water cement ratio0.28,15%target porosity under thecondition of the preparation of concrete slope protection board does notneed any close-grained measures, the compression strength of C15for meetrequirements, and has a certain permeable performance and frost resistancelevel is D25. From quadrilateral and a hexagonal slope protection board performance test, it is known that the relation between its physicalproperties and the shape of the board is small. But it’s decided by materialitself.2. The performance of slope board’s construction tests has shown thatwhen the slope reached75degrees, it is bad for the non-watertight perviousconcrete of concrete slope protection.3. The application of slope protection board concrete waterpermeability with local hydrological geological environment, rainfall,rainfall intensity, and slopes. Therefore, the construction application shouldbe well-considered.4. Before construction of the permeability of slope protection board,reconnaissance and the judgments of the slope conditions should be done inthe engineering places. Moreover, its need a good calculation and design ofthe stability of the slope, and a reasonable construction scheme, which wereensure the construction successfully. It needs to clean board surfaces andcovering regularly, and make evaluation of the effects. In the mean time,the phenomenon of the rise and falls of the protection boards, In case of thedestruction of the slopes, this can lead the engineering slope stability.
