As a new type of hydraulic machinery impact,hydraulic impactor which has just passed about 40 years,has a lot of application in many fields such as building,mining, machinery,etc.At present, the designing and the manufacturing of hydraulic impactor has became a significant industry of new technologies.With expanding of its applications, hydraulic impactor will be improved and perfected constantly.But the designing and the manufacturing of domestic hydraulic impactor is at lower level than the developed countries such as Sweden etc. Now Industrialization is in process,there are massive projects of infrastructure and different kinds of industries are demanding more and more products of hydraulic impactor. My paper has a mind of making the designing and the manufacturing of hydraulic impactor go towards CAD,also a mind of making the accuracy and efficiency higher.So my work is practically significant to the designing and manufacturing of hydraulic impactor.Basing the analysis to the theory of hydraulic impactor designing,in my work in which study object is hydraulic impactor of duplex oil return,viscous resistance is considered into modeling of hydraulic impactor and the CAx research into hydraulic impactor is launched.Using advanced CAx approaches such as UG NX,VC++,Masterc-am etc and basing the theory of desinging hydraulic impactor,a CAD system for designing hydraulic impactor is developed,by the way of secondary development to UG NX 4.0 using VC++.The CAD system realized that user is released from complicated work in traditional process of designing hydraulic impactor and just inputs series of parameters needed in the process of designing,then the system will receive those parameters,complete all the designing,output data of results and bore the 3D models of related parts.If the parts which meet the performance indicators,are unreasonable in structure,then user is recommended to modify the optional parameters so that the parts and the mechanism is optimized.Basing the work ahead,a motion simulation of piston is worked out,in order to testify whether the motion of piston satisfy the law of motion expected or not.Then the model of main part is transformed into Mastercam and its machining simulation & NC graphics programming is done.In short,the effective integration between CAx technoloies and the process of hydraulic impactor designing & manufacturing is realized.The CAD system does well in HCI and has a friendly interface.The results of designing is close to practical working condition and the quality of designing is greatly improved because of considering viscous resistance in the process of designing hydraulic impactor.The example shows that the CAD system can meet the requirements of designing and reaches higher accuracy and efficiency.The study results and CAD system of my work is practically significant and engineering application valuable to change the mode of designing and manufacturing hydraulic impactor,to improve the accuracy and the efficiency of designing,to cut down the cost,to shorten the R&D cycle of product,and to enhance market competitiveness of product.
