Hydraulic impactor is the main working bodies of the hydraulic shock machinery suchas hydraulic breaker, hydraulic rock drill, and so on, hydraulic impactor driving force isfrom high pressure liquid which can change the pressure energy into mechanical energy.The hydraulic impact study is mostly consist of structural design optimization, controlmethod, and computer simulation, performance testing, manufacturing process, and thebasis of theory, and the study result has a great importance effect on the design,manufacturing, and the development. However, the level of domestic hydraulic impactor islow and core components rely on imports, which is due in less for the study of therelationship of the structural parameters and performance of hydraulic impactor, thisbrought inconvenience to the design and development of the product, Such as hydraulicenergy, impact frequency performance and the piston structure parameters, valve corestructure parameters of the relationship between the research, by establishing the correctmathematical equation between the performance parameters (such as the impact energyand impact frequency) and the piston structural parameters, valve core structure parameters,then the design process is simple and it also can greatly shorten the hydraulic impactorproduct development cycle, and you can develop a whole machine through itsperformance parameters which come to the piston and valve core structural parameters.The main content and work in the study of the paper are the following:(1) The study of optimization design principles in the hydraulic components andsystems, analysis optimization theory of the hydraulic dynamic system parameter, analysisand study the basic structure,the technical characteristics, works theory of hydraulicimpactor, Conducted a comprehensive study of impact factors of hydraulic impactor performance.(2) Dynamic analysis of hydraulic impactor parameters and its components tooptimize the design study, Combined with modern virtual prototyping technology, adynamic analysis of hydraulic impactor parameters, and more in front of the description ofits working chamber and the impact piston design, Dynamic analysis of hydraulic impactorcontrol valve design optimized structure parameters.(3) Simulation model validation by experiment and simulation performance ofhydraulic impactor and analyzed to better optimize the parameters of the model, includingthe simulation model with the experimental results of the comparative analysis.
