The pitot-static pressure test designed by this issue is against a certain type of aircraft detection control equipment. The test plays an important role in monitoring the pitot-static pressure system, as well as altitude and speed creation, testing and controlling. In order to achieve the automatic pressure measurement, control and display, converting pressure into height, landing speed, Mach number, instructions, space velocity, velocity vacuum and atmospheric parameters for the calculation and use of equipment, the test uses a computer to control the core, designs the hardware and software of the pitot-static pressure system based on high precision Vibrating cylinder pressure transducer, and realize the function of multi-parameter control and display. The design and implementation of the system can complete the test of the instrumentation and equipment performance, status and air tightness of the pitot-static pressure system with a high degree of automation, testing speed and high-precision, easy-to-operate features. It can be used to replace old equipments and more expensive equipments, with the practicality and lower price.The detection equipment uses RS232 serial communication, FPGA chip and PID control technology, and other related knowledge in the development process. As a most widely used serial interface, the RS-232 serial data interface standard is defined as a single-ended communication standards with low rate serial communication and increasing the communication distance. RS-232 takes unbalanced transmission which is a so-called single-ended communication. The system uses multi-serial to gather and control the data. With its simple structure, stability, reliability, facilitate adjustment of industrial control, PID control technology become one of the main techniques. This subject has finished monitoring equipment designing based on the embedded computer and high precision Vibrating cylinder pressure transducer.The paper exposes the working principle of pitot-static pressure test, the application of FPGA, hardware system, software system, PID control and measures, studies the realization method of the relative parts, and develops the physical prototype of pitot-static pressure test after proposing the embody designing project.
