Since the issue of Development Policy of Automobile Industry, Chinese automobile industry has progressed so rapidly that China was the second largest consumption and the third largest production country in the world in 2006. The rapid development, however, raised an issue that was the traditional teaching instruments of automobile didn't match the increasing demand of a large number of high quality workers. The issue indicates that the traditional teaching instruments can't provide enough support to the rapid progressing in automobile technology and teaching mode of modern automobile industry."The Software Is The Instruments". The virtual instrument technology is the computer technology and survey technology in close integration. It is the computer hardware resource, the instrument measured/controls the hardware and uses in the data analysis, the process communication and between the graphical user interface software valid union, thoroughly has broken the traditional instrument the model which by the factory definition, the user is unable to change. When user's test requirement changes, the user only must suitably change the software program, then obtains satisfies the test requirement the measuring instrument system, has the good flexibility and the extension. This article also carried on the introduction to virtual instrument development platform Labview, the Labview interior integrated the massive instruments function module, caused the development personnel based on the graphics programming G language development environment only to need to dedicate the instrument function, but from was complex, troublesomely, the time-consuming language programming releases.The present paper in the system analysis foundation, proposed the system overall plan, has implemented take the virtual instrument technology as the core to the engine electrically controlled system survey and the control function, and has carried on the detailed design.First has constructed a double channel automobile oscillograph based on the virtual instrument technology, causes us to be allowed to read in the microcomputer platform takes the engine electrically controlled system the data stream, carries on the profile analysis. At the same time, this data stream also uses in the teaching and the inspection system the display circuit state information. In this part, in detail elaborated the virtual instrument hardware constructs with the software design proposal.Through the virtual instrument and the instrument hardware interface technology, we will be allowed to set the real breakdown in the teaching module and the inspection module through the computer in the engine electrically controlled system, the engine can enter the breakdown running status, will use in the breakdown teaching and the inspection. Because the breakdown setting finally is through the PLC check engine electrically controlled system in various sensors, the executing electric circuit passes breaks and short-circuits carries on, has produced PLC and the virtual instrument carries on the communication to check the breakdown setting the method.Finally, the paper summarized this system success and the deficiency, proposed the following improvement direction.Must specially point out, the present paper is based on the real enterprise cooperation topic, and has many devices to complete the research and development investment use. According to the colleges and universities use feedback, we thought this topic has the extremely high practical value, even innovated the automobile specialized talented person raise model.
